View and manage all applications across all jobs. To view all applications, navigate to ‘Applications’ in the left sidebar of the WordPress Administrators dashboard.
Searching for an application
When you have had several job applications on your site, you can you the application search feature to search among them. The search facilitates first name, last name and email addresses.
Navigating through applications
Applications are listed in a singular column along the left-hand side of the ‘Applications’ page. To view more information on any one application, click on the row within the column to display the relevant application details panel.
You can manually set an application status for each application that you receive. All applications are set to ‘Unreviewed’ by default. When an application status has been changed, you can edit the information here to keep track. There are five statuses that can be applied depending on the stage of the application. These are;
- Unreviewed – The default status
Adding Additional Attachments to an Application
You can add additional attachments to an application from the Application Details panel. Files can be attached from your document library or by uploading files from your desktop.
Administrator Application Notes
Notes can be applied to each application using the ‘Admin Notes for this Application’ text area. Notes added here can be viewed by any other site administrator with the correct permissions. These notes are private to administrators and are not shared with the applicant.

Flagging an applicant profile
If you have had a negative experience with an applicant, you can flag their account via the applicant profile. This information is useful as other administrators will be able to view if an applicant has been flagged. The applicant will not be made aware that their account has been flagged. To flag an account, switch the toggle to ‘on’ in the applicant profile.
Rating an applicant profile
You can apply a star rating to applicant accounts from the applicant details panel. This information is useful as other administrators will be able to view the star rating. The applicant will not be made aware of their star rating.
Applicant Admin Notes
Notes can be applied to each applicant’s account using the ‘Admin Notes’ text area in the applicant details profile. Notes added here can be viewed by any other site administrator with the correct permissions. These notes are private to administrators and are not shared with the applicant.
